Eric's Bio:
Eric is the Head of Seller Growth and Retention at Square where he leads customer facing and business analytics teams (including Channel Strategy, Customer Engagement, Account Management, Operations Analysis, Beta Programs and Professional Services) to optimize the end to end lifecycle experience and revenue generation of Square’s existing customer base. Prior to his time at Square Eric was a Principal with Bain & Company based in San Francisco, London and Johannesburg where he focused on a variety of projects across the technology, private equity & financial services sectors. Before joining Bain, Eric was a Senior Business Analyst at Capital One where he led the company’s online customer acquisition strategy development and managed key retail partnership efforts including ownership of program credit policy, product management and marketing strategies. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude with honors in Business Administration from Mississippi College & a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
