All business owners know invoicing can be a painstaking part of the job – it not only can take a considerable amount of time, but it’s crucial to get the correct invoices out to customers quickly so the bottom line isn’t affected.
With PayPal’s newest feature, Group Invoicing, businesses can send up to one hundred invoices at once. Simply add up to one hundred customer email addresses to any PayPal invoice and click send. It’s that easy.
PayPal is making sure businesses get paid fast. Each emailed invoice contains an online payment button where customers can choose to pay with a credit card or their PayPal wallet, and it offers the ability to track payments in the invoice management dashboard (reminders can also be sent to customers when needed). If sending invoices regularly to the same group, just save the group of recipients in an invoice template for later use.
Owner Michelle Engstrom-Bilsborough of My Bella Mia Boutique recently tried the new group invoice feature and said, “It saved me a ton of time instead of doing individual emails. A lot of my customers buy the same items/quantity and it was a breeze just sending one group email.”
Whether using group invoicing for big events, sports team registration, yearly membership renewals, donations or more, businesses will quickly see the time saving benefits of this new feature.
