Kaushal is a fin-tech leader with over 15 years of experience in digital product strategy and management roles. In his current role as Head of Digital for Wealth Management at Bank of the West, he is responsible for driving the vision and strategy to grow Wealth Management's digital footprint.

Prior to joining Bank of the West, Kaushal held key leadership roles in some of the most reputed brands in banking, including Wells Fargo and U.S.Bank.

He is a certified product management professional from Haas School of Business at U.C.Berkeley and an M.B.A from Newport University, CA.
