Raul Ferro is Head of Merchant Development for the Digital Vertical for Mastercard Latin America and Caribbean. In this role, he is responsible for leading the regional engagement with strategic digital players in Latin America and Caribbean. Before joining Mastercard, Raul was General Manager for USA & Venezuela at Decolar.com/Despegar.com based in Miami, FL. Prior to that role, he worked in marketing and product management at Western Union and Diageo. Raul has degrees from Babson College – Olin Graduate School of Business (MBA, Global Management) and the Universidad Metropolitana, Venezuela.
