Lindsay Lehr is a specialist in market and competitive intelligence in Latin America and an emerging thought leader in the payments industry. As Senior Director at Miami market intelligence firm Americas Market Intelligence, Lindsay has spearheaded over 75 consulting engagements in 20+ LatAm markets since 2012. Her industry specialization is cards and payments, with experience in e-commerce, mobile money, digital wallet, mobile payments, POS technology, payment networks and aggregators, financial inclusion, prepaid cards, and corporate and personal credit cards. Lindsay has authored various industry publications, presented at industry events, and is active in payments industry circles in Silicon Valley, California, where she resides. As a Latin American enthusiast, Lindsay is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, has a comprehensive understanding of the business environment in Latin America and a deep practical knowledge of daily life in the region. Prior to her employment at AMI, Lindsay lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she founded and operated an English language tutoring and translation agency. Since then, Lindsay has eagerly followed developments in the region and continues to be passionate about Latin America, its culture and people.
Michelle is a results-driven payments executive with extensive expertise in emerging markets and an in-depth knowledge of the payment value chain. As Chief Revenue Officer at dLocal, one of her responsibilities is to increase conversion for the company's global client base. Prior to dLocal, Michelle garnered more than 15 years of international experience, most recently leading Facebook's global payments strategy. She has also worked at MasterCard, Netflix, and UPS—helping all of them meet their global expansion objectives. Her work encompassed revenue/authorization optimization, innovative payment product development, and partnerships. Her passion: creating a payments ecosystem that has no borders.
Nuno is a co-founder and CEO of Feedzai, an agile machine learning platform for fraud and fraud risk management. Previously, Nuno spearheaded the development of the European Space Agency Satellite Simulation Infrastructure, contributing to the history-making Rosetta comet chaser space probe. Today, Nuno and his team of top data scientist and aerospace engineers are building and expanding Feedzai's footprint across the globe, recognized as one of Europe’s top-50 fastest growing startups. Feedzai’s artificial intelligence solutions keep commerce safe for the mightiest financial services companies and retailers on earth.
Andrew Vaughan is the Chief Product Officer for Real Time Analytics at Hyatt Hotels. Located at Hyatt's corporate headquarters in Chicago, Illinois, Andrew drives innovative change at all levels of the Hospitality industry through various technological and cultural advancements. He is a strong advocate of better-practices, working to push product development teams to achieve higher standards in their accomplishments. His work has encompassed everything from small data processing to multi-billion dollar eCommerce platforms. His day-to-day includes a mix of system architecture, product ownership, engineering, and everything between - all depending on the challenges a given team faces in the moment. Jim Esposito is a payments professional with twenty plus years of operations, technology, partner management and merchant/e-commerce experience with multiple, billion dollar businesses. Jim is a battle tested executive leader with a level headed, business focused approach to deployment/operation of critical payment systems and high touch management of payment partnerships. As a strategic thinker, direct communicator and cross collaborator, Jim has built and led high performing teams through significant product launches, major partner outages, program transitions and security breaches.
Spanning both the technology and payments industries, Jim's career has included stops in high profile companies including Square, Subway Restaurants and Nortel Networks. Jim has a strong connection to the merchant community including a term as a Board Member of the Merchant Advisory Group. Currently, Jim is the Senior Director of Payments as well as the Treasurer of Etsy, Inc. At Etsy, Jim leads an organization managing Payments, Risk Operations and Treasury that powers Etsy's global marketplace of 26+ million Buyers and 1.7 million Sellers.

Sasha Orloff, CEO and cofounder of LendUp, has had a longtime passion for harnessing technology’s potential to change the world and make lives better. Inspired by Nobel Peace Prize winner Muhammad Yunus’ book, “Banker to the Poor,” he moved to Honduras and lent his talents to the worldrenowned Grameen Foundation and its technology team, where he helped design open source software allowing banks around the world to adopt microfinance platforms.
Before being accepted to YCombinator and launching LendUp (a venturebacked startup building the next generation of safe credit products for the financially underserved) in 2012, Sasha also worked for startups including Ingenio (acquired by AT&T) and Check (acquired by Intuit), and as a Senior Vice President on Citigroup's Venture Capital team. He has a B.S. in applied math and economics from the University of California, San Diego and an MBA from Georgetown University.
