The Woomera Manual on the International Law of Military Space Operations held its second workshop in Lincoln, NE, USA, from February 24 to March 1, 2019. The workshop brought together a group of international legal experts and technical advisors to discuss how international law applies to military space activities. The workshop is the second in a series to develop a Manual by 2021. SWF Director of Program Planning Dr. Brian Weeden is participating in the Woomera Manual as a technical advisor.
