The event was opened with the senior-executives from COMPANY TTK, MEGAFON, MTS and ROSTELECOM debating the extent to which the Russian market is opening up to new business and outlining their international strategy plans. The discussion then moved to focus on the recent surge of LTE development in the region and finished with an insight into new terrestrial projects that have been proposed for the Russian market, giving delegates a comprehensive overview of the trends that will structure the Russian market for the year ahead.
