Overview
With the turbulent changes in retail financial services, achieving sales targets is still a key challenge for banks. However, providing high levels of customer service is also a priority. The new social networking and multi-channel world and the prospect of a host of new entrants with new service propositions have led to more demanding customers. Banks need to rebuild trust and confidence in their ability to provide efficient and reliable sales processes as well as a high quality, dependable service.

The conference will include case studies of different approaches to managing sales and service in an integrated way. There will be a series of presentations on specific sales and service issues and a final, interactive session on “Practical steps to delivering sales and service excellence”.
