Executive Study Trip - University of Chicago Booth, Building Your Sales Engine

The biggest challenge to growing a successful entrepreneurial venture or bank is selling. Bankers, like entrepreneurs, must build a strong sales pipeline to ensure profitable growth as they tackle other pressing issues like product development, staffing, and financing. In the Building Your Sales Engine course, you will learn how to acquire customers, use selling skills in different contexts, tell powerful stories, manage and measure the entrepreneurial sales process, and use the key tools required for success in selling.
 
Building Your Sales Engine is modeled after Chicago Booth's MBA course, "Entrepreneurial Selling," which was rated Top Ten in the United States by Inc. Magazine, and each run of the course has been sold out over the past four years. The course was designed and built by three-time CEO Craig Wortmann, a Clinical Professor of Entrepreneurship at Chicago Booth and winner of the 2012 Faculty Excellence Award.
