The whole purpose of BPM is to help organizations become more agile and effective by enabling them to better understand, manage and adapt their business processes. But BPM initiatives can be hugely challenging and in order to be successful, BPM requires buy-in from a broad cross-section of the business, the right technology selection and highly effective change management processes. The pain is worth it, however. Successful BPM projects can help transform businesses, giving them better insight, enabling them to deliver their services flexibly and dynamically and supporting the level of agility that the business requires. This conference will focus on the practical steps that organizations need to take in order to deliver effective business change. In addition to drawing on Ovum’s extensive research, you will hear from real-world practitioners and the leading technology companies in the field. We have introduced two tracks to the conference agenda this year; BPM ‘Art’, which focuses on the change management challenges associated with BPM and BPM ‘Engineering’, which focuses on the technical challenges of BPM. Both will provide you with valuable, practical teachings and insights. |
