The POS Revolution
description
The Point of Sale Revolution
There has never been a time with more change at the POS; mPOS, Tablet based systems, cloud based platforms, NFC, and Beacon are creating a mix of innovation that is changing the way that people will buy in-store. POS is changing the way that commerce is being done as well, as omni-channel and app based POS platforms with commerce functionality start to impact the retail space. Add to this the complexity of EMV implementation and the incorporation of mobile proximity payments, and POS is becoming an exciting area of the payments ecosystem.
This session will discuss the changes in the POS space, the impact on the payments ecosystem and what the future of POS might be.
Join us on May 14 at Bryan Cave in Atlanta, GA to learn more about this topic and to network with other executives in this area. We are in the process of finalizing the panel but you can already register.
This will be our first event in Atlanta where the BayPay Forum now has a chapter.
