USA & Europe- Latest Trends in Payments
The API-Zation of Services
Each year, The BayPay Forum organizes events in Europe to bridge the gap between the two continents and to give the opportunity to learn and reflect on the latest trends emerging in the US and in Europe.
For 2015, The BayPay Forum has partnered with Edgar, Dunn & Company who will present the trends on the European side while BayPay will present the latest trends in the US and in Silicon Valley in particular.
These presentations will be followed by a panel discussion on one of the major trends we see as having a global impact on how commerce will be conducted in the future.
For 2015, several trends could have been selected as the industry is thriving with innovation, but we believe the one which will have the most impact on a global basis is what we called “The API-zation” of services in the banking and financial industry. Some companies like PayPal with PayPal X, Braintree and Stripe have shown the way, but they are just the tip of the iceberg.
For this interactive session, we have selected a group of senior executives from different parts of the payment ecosystem to debate with the audience on the benefits of this new way of providing services.
This event will be in London on June 23 and in Paris on June 25. Don’t wait, join us.
