Future Branches Large Transparent

Future Branches 2016

Future Branches, a three-day conference and networking event, will be bringing together some of the most important and creative minds in the financial services industry this November. More than 150 strategy and innovation executives from leading financial institutions will be revealing how they are approaching branch transformation, and are creating profitable, long-term relationships with customers through the utilization of innovative processes and new technologies.

The event is being brought to you by the same organization responsible for the successes of the NetFinance and Future Stores conferences, and will be revolving around how financial institutions can and should be revamping in-store technology, regenerating front line associates, and reinventing the branch experience to meet the modern demands of the modern consumer.

Event producer Elizabeth Robillard comments: This is the only event of its kind in North America. It will bring together transformation, strategy and operations professionals to discuss the future of a bank’s largest source of revenue, the branch. This one is NOT to be missed!

The branch is not dead – not by a long shot. However, in 2016, footfall has dramatically fallen among the high street branches up and down the country. As consumers are embracing the digital age of finance, the simpler tasks like deposits and transactions are being performed online or on mobile –but all that has done has made room for the evolution of the branch. Rather than being simply transaction hubs, branches are now spaces where customers go to deal with more complex banking issues, to purchase new banking products like loans and investments, and for a deeper education into the possibilities of their finance.

At Future Branches 2016, more than 40 strategy, operations and experience executives will be speaking over the three-days in San Diego, revealing exclusive insights to attendees into the new strategies and technologies that are transforming the future of the branch.

Featured speakers include:

  • 1. Aser Rodriguez, Managing Director - Retail Strategy & Operations, TD Ameritrade
  • 2. Dub Nelson, SVP, Retail Branch Network, E*Trade Financial Corporation
  • 3. Joseph Vietri, SVP, Retail and Independent Branch Network Leader, Charles Schwab
  • 4. Andrés Fernández Cueto, Business Innovation – SVP, Director of New Distribution Models, BBVA Compass
  • 5. Doug Sprecher, Senior Vice President | Branch and ATM Strategy, First Citizens Bank

About Future Branches

Future Branches goes beyond being an event where attendees simply sit around and listen to talks. The conference is interactive by design, with targeted presentations, roundtable discussions, panels, and structured networking functions to ensure meaningful engagement, a variety of learning formats, and deeper networking opportunities.

The carefully curated list of vendors in attendance has been put together by our team to ensure that the event delivers a true peer-to- peer educational and networking experience, rather than being a gauntlet of sales pitches to steer through. Indeed, Future Branches is designed to be large enough to deliver opportunities to meet a diverse range of new contacts, and yet intimate enough to happily navigate the event over the three days and gain access to everyone you specifically want to meet and talks you want to hear.
