So we will listen to the approach of the latter and ask them about the role they want to play and the means and actors they are willing to support in terms of financial inclusion. We will analyze the challenges facing financial players, namely to develop a client-oriented policy successfully. The seminar will therefore provide an opportunity to better understand how the poorest people are most sensitive to financial products and services and their financial habits and needs.
