PANELISTS Steven Singer Director, Information Security at LegalZoom Steven Singer is Director of Information Security for LegalZoom. He has overall responsibility for the organization’s policy, compliance, and technical risk management activities where he brings more than 15 years IS and IT experience to the role. Before joining LegalZoom in 2017, Steven was Chief Information Security Officer for YP where his department was responsible for information protection, investigative security, and continuous assessment of risk controls and remediation. With a strong focus on offensive capabilities and innovation, Steven functions as the red team lead and his efforts helped his department win first place in the ISSA Summit X CTF competition. He holds numerous industry credentials including CISSP, OSCP, PCI ISA, and MCSE. Kelly Peterson Miranda Sr. Manager, Global Legal Affairs and Contract Management at MSTS As Sr. Manager, Global Legal Affairs and Contract Management, Kelly focuses on developing a collaborative environment bringing together the engineering, operations, commercial, and legal teams to provide effective and efficient solutions for MSTS clients. Kelly has held key positions in business development and account management for MSTS’ payment and credit solutions, and now works directly with the General Counsel assisting with all aspects of global legal operations. In her current role, Kelly spearheads all international regulatory and compliance initiatives for MSTS. Kelly holds both specialist’s and master’s degrees from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a bachelor’s degree from Northwest Missouri State University. Adriana Dulic Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Epoch Payment Solutions Adriana Dulic is Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at a payment processor where she is responsible for development and implementation of a wide range of legal policies and compliance, including anti-money laundering, privacy, data security and consumer protection. She is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP - both US & Europe). She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Southern California chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and she serves as the Chair of its Pro Bono Committee. She is a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law and she earned her bachelor's degree (summa cum laude) in accounting from University of Nebraska. MODERATOR David Zetoony Partner and Leader of Data Privacy & Security Team at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner David Zetoony is the leader of the firm's consumer protection practice, which includes corporate data security, data privacy, advertising, and marketing practices. David advises companies around the country on pressing consumer protection issues. Among other things, he has advised hundreds of companies before, and after, they have experienced a data security breach, he has represented companies before the Federal Trade Commission and state regulatory agencies, and has assisted companies with the creation, or maturity, of their compliance programs. David has also defended companies in litigation involving consumer protection issues around the country, including litigating cases under various state unfair and deceptive practices acts including the UCL, CLRA, FAL, FDUPTA, Texas DTPA, MDCPA, DCPPA, and VCPA, and litigating cases under various data privacy and security statutes and standards including the TCPA, the California Safeguards Statute, the FTC Act, and the PCI-DSS standard for protecting credit card information. He has received a number of national awards and recognitions for his consumer protection work. These include being named a “Trailblazer” of CyberSecurity & Data Privacy by the National Law Journal.
