He has over 20 years of experience in Financial Services industry and specializes in Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions. Shubhendu has advised and assisted senior management and Boards on regulatory compliance. Shubhendu has successfully led several global engagements/teams, at large financial institutions to help comply with regulatory requirements. He has also worked at the Financial Market Integrity Group of the World Bank in DC and has significant experience in handling retail and commercial banking operations while working at the State Bank of India.
