Andrew Webb Senior VAT Policy Manager, HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC)

Andrew Webb is a Senior VAT Policy Manager in HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), the UK tax authority. Although currently based in HMRC's HQ offices in London, Andrew has previously worked in a wide range of operational and policy posts, mainly in the consumption tax or customs areas. In recent years, as Head of VAT International, he has been responsible for handling various international VAT policy, administrative co-operation and information exchange issues, regularly representing the UK at European Union or other international meetings. Currently he is part of a team responsible for managing the UK's implementation of the 2015 VAT digital taxation initiative, including the VAT Mini-One Stop Shop (MOSS).
