Kelly's Bio:

As Sr. Manager, Global Legal Affairs and Contract Management, Kelly focuses on developing a collaborative environment bringing together the engineering, operations, commercial, and legal teams to provide effective and efficient solutions for MSTS clients. Kelly has held key positions in business development and account management for MSTS’ payment and credit solutions, and now works directly with the General Counsel assisting with all aspects of global legal operations. In her current role, Kelly spearheads all international regulatory and compliance initiatives for MSTS. Kelly holds both specialist’s and master’s degrees from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a bachelor’s degree from Northwest Missouri State University.
