A new startup incubator dedicated to NFC-based projects has announced it will be offering funding of US$5,000 per founder as well as mentoring, legal advice and work space support to individuals and teams with the best NFC business ideas.
Those accepted by AccelerateNFC will take part in a 12 week programme, beginning November 2013.
"In order to be chosen for a 12 week program, you must live in Texas or be willing to relocate to Texas for the duration of the program," AccelerateNFC says. "You must be willing to give a small amount of equity for top-notch advice, connections, and access to cash when the situation merits funding. And most of all, you must be flexible, open to new ideas, and absolutely dedicated to putting what you've learned at AccelerateNFC into action."
