OEM OFFERING: The NFC-equipped Cetrix CB250 runs Android 4.2 on a quad-core processor

Malta-based mobile device maker Cetrix has launched two smartphones and two tablets equipped with NFC, with minimum order quantities of between 100 and 3,000 units.

The 5-inch HD CV300 smartphone is powered by a MediaTek quad-core 1.3GHz CPU with 1GB RAM and runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. It boasts 13 megapixel rear- and 5 megapixel front-facing cameras, supports WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 and comes with a wireless charging option.

The ARM 1.2GHz quad-core powered CB250 runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and packs a 4.5-inch display, a 5 megapixel rear camera, Bluetooth 4.0 and WiFi.

Both the CV300 and CB250 require a minimum order of 3,000 units and are priced at US$180 and US$95 respectively.

The 7-inch CD661 tablet is powered by a MediaTek 1.2GHz dual-core processor with 512Mb RAM and 4GB of flash memory. Running on Android 4.2 with a 2 megapixel rear camera, WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0, the tablet is available at US$99 with a minimum order of 100 units.

The 9.7-inch CT973G tablet also runs Android 4.2 but has a dual-core 1.6GHz CPU, 1GB of DDR3 RAM and 8GB of flash memory. The tablet includes the same camera as the CD661 along with WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0. A minimum order of 500 units is required, with a unit cost of US$185.
