Join us on February 20th, 2014 as we first hear from a panel of Los Angeles based Accelerators and Venture Companies about what they look for in an entrepreneur, and how they help them balance the demands of visionary leadership and fiscal responsibility. This will be immediately followed by a panel of successful entrepreneurs discussing how they bridge the gap between these two very different demands, whether it's through individual growth or building a successful team.
