NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar. 9, 2016-- First Data Corporation (“First Data”) (NYSE: FDC) today announced that it intends to offer $500 million aggregate principal amount of senior secured first lien notes due 2024 (the “Notes”), subject to market conditions. The Notes will be issued under the indenture governing the $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.000% Senior Secured Notes due 2024 that were issued on November 25, 2015 (the “Existing Notes”).
