Formerly known as Transferwise, fintech Wise has introduced its new INTERAC e-transfer request money feature to its users in Canada, providing a more convenient way to move money into their Wise wallets. With the new feature, Wise customers can now securely transfer funds in CAD between Wise and other financial institutions in the country by using their email address or mobile phone numbers, with funds typically arriving in 30 minutes.

The implementation of this faster payments solution will secure cashflow for customers, allowing them to have access to funds almost instantly. Services provided by Wise The Wise card was launched in November 2021 in Canada, allowing users in the country to benefit from a payments card that is up to four times more affordable than banks’ offer for spending abroad.
