Olrick-Anselme joins as Global Head of Client Managed Services to oversee all aspects of client management and operational functions. This includes; client satisfaction strategy, solution delivery, service performance and optimization frameworks, governance/control improvements, strategic decision and day-to-day feed distribution management across benchmark, ETF and regulatory data services.
