Investor Services is a business line within Markets and Securities Services, it includes products across Prime Finance, Delta One, Futures, OTC Clearing, Collateral Management, Global Custody, Fund Administration, and Agency Lending. Our broad product suite allows us to service a wide range of clients globally including the world’s largest asset managers, insurers, pensions and endowments, sovereign wealth funds, other banks, and hedge funds. Summary
The position is a business analyst within Prime Finance Technology. This role will participate in the in the full project lifecycle of strategic technology initiatives, partnering with project stakeholders including Prime Brokerage (PB) Business, and all front to back Securities Lending teams along with core firm operational teams such as Middle Office, Settlements, Regulatory, Control, Finance and Treasury with a high focus on trade life cycle, regulatory impact across Prime and overall re-engineering efforts. There will be strong working relationship with the development and QA teams to help deliver high quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of all aspects of the project lifecycle, but whose main focus will be on business analysis and requirements gathering.

• Writing and maintaining Business and Functional Requirements Documents
• Assisting the QA team in generating scenarios for effective and thorough testing
• Delivering material/presentations to Senior Management, internal and external clients

• Excellent technical writing skills, capable of producing high quality requirements documents
• Strong communication skills, ability to explain technical and functional requirements in a in a clear, concise manner
• Exposure to SDLC methodologies such as Agile and Scrum preferable
• Ability to understand/articulate technology architectures and design
• Ability to Project Manage a program across various streams
• Proficient with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Project, Visio, PowerPoint
• Proficient in JIRA, SharePoint/Collaborate, SQL Queries
Business Knowledge
• Background in Securities Lending and Prime Finance as well as working knowledge of P&L, full analysis of infrastructure change on clients and trading business.
* Specific experience in working on Securities Lending and Funding Products with specific experience in Collateral Optimization, Arranging, P&L and Billing.
