Description:
The Banking, Capital Market and Advisory division is seeking a Corporate Banker at the Associate level to join the Power & Utilities Team. In this role, the individual will support Senior Coverage Officers and partner with product specialists to provide a full array of corporate banking solutions to clients ranging from cash management, foreign exchange, trade finance, custody, loans, capital markets, derivatives, and structured products. The individual will also partner closely with the risk organization to manage all aspects of the credit approval process.
Qualifications

Strong credit skills, credit background and knowledge of Citi’s credit policies is a requirement

2-3 years of proven and progressive related lending/credit experience or equivalent product experience

Sound understanding of the Corporate Banking business and its related products, pertinent regulations affecting it and the lending and credit approval process

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong planning, negotiation, organizational and analytical skills

Experience with large corporate clients, capital markets products, derivatives, credit, cash management, trade, finance and securities products is highly desirable.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or closely related areas of Business Administration

Master's degree a plus
