We have an opening for a Finance Director who will partner with Enterprise Commercial business leaders to drive our product insights across 4 solution areas (Modern Workplace, Apps & Infra, Data & AI and Business Applications). The role requires strong business acumen, partnership, collaboration and people management skills. This is a highly collaborative role that involves partnering with several teams at Microsoft internally (EGs, GSMO, M&O, CFT and WCB).
Responsibilities
Successful candidates will possess extraordinarily strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to deal with ambiguity and meet deadlines is important. Other skills include-

Other Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in finance or business field (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree (required); finance or business field (preferred)
- Proven collaborator with the ability to work with all levels and functions within the worldwide and field teams. Positive, creative, can-do attitude.
- Passion for Great Work. Strong attention to detail. A dedication and passion for customer / partner support, building positive relationships & credibility
- Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and meet deadlines. Ability to achieve results through both individual and cross team efforts, to manage multiple projects at the same time, and to work effectively under deadline constraints.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and analysis. Problem-solving attitude. Experience in influencing decisions and developing strategic plans.
- Go Getter. Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic. Self-directed, resourceful and willing to roll-up sleeves as needed. Proven ability to drive projects and analysis to closure in a collaborative and matrixed environment.
