Responsibilities
We have an opening for a Finance Manager who will partner with OCP business leaders to drive the incentives design and strategy. In addition to supporting specific incentive programs, the candidate will lead strategic projects focused on transformation, and be a key advisor to the Partner Incentives leadership team on market trends, competitive environment and business risk and opportunities.
The role requires strong financial modeling skills, business acumen to prioritize the investment asks, execution of strategic projects and tracking performance of incentives. This is a highly collaborative role that involves partnering with several teams at Microsoft internally, and with partners externally.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess extraordinarily strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to deal with ambiguity and meet deadlines is important. Other skills include-
- Deep analytical skills and problem resolution
- Virtual team leadership & excellent cross group collaboration skills.
- Financial management and business planning.
- Executive presence and experience in senior forums
- Experience in influencing decisions and developing strategic plans.
