The Worldwide Services Delivery finance team is looking for a finance leader to partner with the Services Support business. In this role you will be an integral member of the Services Delivery Finance team responsible for a variety of core deliverables, collaborating across a team of diverse professionals, and serve as a key financial resource for the Services finance team and Services Support business team. Responsibilities
Performance Management
- Assume responsibility for the Services Support P&L through gross margin
- Manage financial and non-financial Support metrics and ensure key metrics like delivery utilization are within plans
- Ensure all required reports are available and accurate for established rhythm of business meetings with stakeholders
Budgeting and Planning
- Provide key information to budget holders by reviewing, reporting and discussing Support specific inputs on financial outlook, delivery, and costs
- Manage resource allocations to understand hiring trends, build WW resource budgets across the global delivery and subsidiary organization; translate headcount targets to resource and geography mix
Forecasting
- Challenge assumptions, validate rationale, and identify risks, upsides and opportunities in forecast scenarios
- Responsible for integrating multiple views and perspectives into a consistent forecast, minimizing variance with actuals
Month End Close
- Oversee the monthly management accounts and reporting process for the Support business and ensure alignment with the subsidiarie
Leadership
- Broker and drive discussions that ensures alignment between all the stakeholders, including the Services Support leader, operations, services finance and subsidiary controllers
- Must be comfortable working with all levels of management and be able to critically evaluate and concisely communicate business issues/risks with conviction to business and finance audiences.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; MBA preferred but not required.
- Excellent Excel skills that can independently create robust financial model and analyze large amount of data.
- Deep and sharp analytic skills that can quickly identify the root of business performance issue.
- Proactive communication and collaboration skills that leads to influence and impact
Minimum Experience
- 8+ years’ financial analysis and planning experience or business analysis experience
- Advanced experience with all Microsoft Office Apps particularly in Excel
- Advanced experience in managing complex and dynamics financial modelling with multiple tiers of input and output will be preferred
- Experience working with a Professional Services, Consulting or Supply Chain modelling will be highly preferred
