Wargaming is looking to hire an Online Payment Manager for its Paris Office.

Im- Improve, develop and optimize the payment/ billing solutions at European level:

ü                  ü     Perform analyses of the existing payments solution/ billings partners for each country and communicate clear take away.

ü                   ü Identify / recommend new billings partners/ payment providers/ payments solutions and negotiate with them business terms/ contracts

ü                  ü Test and coordinate with the customer support and  HQ teams to implement  new billing/payment solutions/partners

·         Create clear and concise reporting and performance dashboards for the top management

ü  Collaborate with the analytics / data processing team from the HQ

ü  Determine Key performance indicators and perform analysis on KPI on billing/ payment systems and partners.

ü                    ü Perform specific analyses on the customer payment behavior,  payment churn rate, propose solutions/ improvements,  coordinate with customer supports and  HQ team to improve the customer experience through the payment process

·         Develop the game monetization

ü                    ü Propose solutions to optimize the payments systems

ü                    ü   Develop and implement promotion opportunities in coordination with the billing partners, payment providers, perform analyses and communicate clear take-away and results

ü                   ü  Benchmark actively the gaming industry concerning billing solutions as well as other leading industries.

Profile:

·         3 to 5 years of founded experience in the billings/payment solutions/partners industry for Europe

• Work Experience in a leading video games company as payment manager at an European level,  highly appreciated
• Ability to manage major payment providers, to negotiate with them (including the business aspects of contracts )Excellent analytical thinking skills  and very good knowledge of Excel
• Ability to manage a large volume of data and to extract clear recommendations or take-away
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast paced environment
• English current
• BA or Master in Business
• Flexible, initiative oriented
• Gamer
