Manager, Account Management Digital Partnerships-1
• The Digital Partnerships Account Management team is a savvy and collaborative team that manages and strengthens Mastercard’s relationships with the world’s largest digital merchants, commerce enablers, and technology partners while driving Mastercard revenue growth from this key customer segment.
• This is a high-profile customer facing position, partnering with customers to deliver customized solutions and comprehensive consulting support while identifying opportunities that deliver joint value for Mastercard and our partners.
• Responsible for managing the day to day relationships with existing customer relationships, working to identify opportunities and customer needs and steering projects through the implementation process.
• Work cross-functionally across Mastercard to aid in the delivery of customized payment solutions that include remote and proximity payments, marketing and consulting support, while leveraging Mastercard’s strong brand, technology, network and analytical assets to deliver positive results for customers.
• Use analytical problem solving and leverage data tools to provide market data and customer specific recommendations.
• Provide insight in the analysis of customer’s business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis
Role
• Deliver against the individual and team volume and revenue growth targets with existing merchant and technology partners.
• Partner with customers to develop new business opportunities leveraging Mastercard assets including data, security, fraud, loyalty, digital payment, and other products or services.
• Collaborate with appropriate Mastercard business partners in Global Products & Solutions, Mastercard Technologies, Law & Franchise Integrity, Risk Management, etc. to ensure cross-functional alignment and maximum support.
• Work with customers during project implementation to ensure alignment and cohesion between the customer and MA product delivery experts.
• Analyze customers’ businesses through published quarterly and annual reports, industry publications, profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis.
• Assist in designing strategies, messaging and proposals for customers.
• Collaborate with the account team and customers to plan, execute and monitor progress against annual business plans.
• Assists in local projects and cross-functional initiatives outside of everyday responsibilities.
All About You
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with mid-level management and product teams and effectively network both internally and externally is a must.
• Moderate professional experience in financial services, cards, payments or another related field and generally passionate about technology and payments.
• Enjoys collaborating with a team while working independently to drive business goals and objectives.
• Comprehensive experience executing and managing sales strategies for large enterprise accounts.
