The Global Business Financing (GBF) team is composed of non-card lending solutions (Merchant Financing, Working Capital Terms, Business Loans, and Supply Chain Financing). We are seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager of Business Loans Product Management to help manage and scale an industry-leading financial product. Key responsibilities include: product marketing strategy, P&L management, and customer research & insights. Achieving results in this role will require the incoming Manager/Sr. Manager to be an influential partner and leader of cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, Servicing, Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Analytics, Finance, and Pricing.
Responsibilities:
Develop and iterate product marketing strategy across acquisition and engagement channels
Serve as main point of contact with Marketing to lead persona-based segmentation and trigger marketing strategy
Work closely with Pricing, Product, and Analytics teams to develop and champion pricing/bundling strategies to improve product margins
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Product Development, Risk, Pricing, and Analytics to grow the product through test and learn and execute on rollout of successful tests
Own and coordinate customer research to inform marketing assets and sales tools
Partner with Lending teams across Consumer and Commercial to drive synergies and leverage best practices
Qualifications
Strategic, creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to identify customer insights and needs to drive product marketing strategy
Pragmatic, direct approach and a track record of solving problems and implementing solutions in a highly matrixed business environment
Comfort in a fast-paced and high growth environment is a must
Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and influencing skills; with demonstrated instances of gaining buy-in from cross-functional partners
Understanding of B2B, small business payment or lending products preferred
Excellent oral and written communications skills and proven ability to communicate effectively to audiences across leadership levels
