Position Summary
The Operation Manager, National Accounts will direct and manage all business processes/administration in support of our Costco and/or Amazon B2C business. The role will directly engage with the Samsung account leadership, sales and marketing team, and business analytics team as well as our customers and will be responsible for optimizing the work processes and communications.

Necessary Skills / Attributes:
-
5+ years of experience working in Customer Service or Sales Operations manager role
-
Managed new customer on-boarding processes – ideally Costco and/or Amazon
-
Comfortable using sales reporting and analytics to drive decision making
-
Cross-functional experience working with a customer as well as CE product marketing, sales, finance and business operations
-
Worked for a CPG or CE manufacturer or retailer responsible for CE categories
Education:
-
Bachelor of Science – Business/Marketing/Operations, with an MBA preferred

History of professional sill development and learning
-
English as a primary means of business communication
