Be a part of the team that enriches the experience for Apple Retail customers through programs offered Online and in the Apple Retail Stores. This role within the WW Retail Finance team will provide an individual with the exciting opportunity to not only support some of Retail’s most strategic sales programs, such as the iPhone Upgrade Program, Apple GiveBack, and iPhone Carrier Plans, but to also be a part of the new thinking and go-to-market strategy for Apple’s products and services. This position will be responsible for understanding our customer and our product/services-focused business strategy while analyzing, developing tools, and executing to support its evolution.
Primary responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day finance operations, including Analyzing performance and profitability; providing reporting, analysis, and other financial metrics to management Managing and providing finance leadership on the requirements and execution of cross-functional projects
Partnering with Technical Accounting and GBS (Global Business Solutions/Finance Shared Services) to establish and carry out accounting approach and activities
Providing guidance to teams to ensure global consistency in similar programs (outside of the Americas)
Partnering with Market Development, Operations, and Systems teams to manage short- and long-term strategies
Analyzing and presenting key financial issues and performance to Retail executives and cross-functional teams in a simple, structured way
Leading and supporting global reporting and forecasting for sales programs in the Apple Retail Stores and Online
Partnering with stakeholders to create business cases and supporting financial models in assessment of future roadmap, strategy, and growth initiatives
Providing finance support and thought leadership on Apple Retail’s long-term strategic initiative and projects for Apple’s products and services
Supporting Retail and Apple corporate teams in ad hoc activities/analysis
