- 10+ years product development, business strategy, or operations experience with a strong understanding of subscription or recurring revenue business models
- History of developing business opportunities that put the customer experience first
- Experienced with developing goals to drive business growth, user engagement, churn reductions and brand awareness
- Ability to translate complex ideas in to a simple story
- Comfortable leading by influence across functional teams
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable assuming a range of roles
- Strategic mindset and the ability to lead the development and cross-functional execution of effective marketing campaigns
- Extraordinary communication and presentation skills, ability to deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with validated experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects

The position is based in Culver City, CA.
- Work with Apple’s service marketing, engineering, product marketing, design, finance, and international teams to define programs that grow subscribers, revenues, and contribution
- You will define the best critical metrics to focus the team, get results, and ensure they are correctly measured and widely socialized
- You will build cross-functional relationships and plans to improve performance against meaningful metrics, with a focus on experimentation and optimization
- You will develop a process of continuous improvement, where the results of this work are analyzed and insights are fed back into the plans
- You will collaborate with a broad range of teams, including international marketing, product, growth marketing, editorial, operations and creative teams - Develop insights that inform the services marketing and product roadmap
