Overview

● Improve the software development lifecycle, from development to deployment
● Maintain infrastructure, through monitoring and alerting
● Troubleshoot issues in deployed applications, work with development team to identify and resolve issues
● Document procedures
● Design, build, and maintain tools to assist with deployment, automation and security
● Participate in periodic on-call rotation
● Conduct regular security reviews - from application code to infrastructure automation code

Responsibilities and Requirements

● Indepth AWS experience with emphasis on security and automation
● One or more automation frameworks (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet)
● Terraform experience
● Production Docker experience
● Experience with both NoSQL and SQL databases
● Hands on experience with Kubernetes, Nomad, or Mesos
● ELK stack
