DESCRIPTION
Annapurna is recruiting a senior DevOps engineer that will own the productivity of team by better achieving our goals. As our engineering team grows, so does our infrastructure. We’re building a scalable CI/CD.
As a DevOps software engineer, you will design, build, and use test-automation, build automation for local and remote software, working closely with software and hardware engineers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders in our fast-paced, innovative environment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· 3+ years relevant work experience
· Experience deploying and operating Linux or other UNIX variants in a datacenter environment.
· Experience with server hardware management across multiple vendors
· Experience in automation via shell scripting and Perl programming.
· Knowledge of standard internet protocols (Ethernet, ARP, IP, ICMP, UDP, TCP, SSL, DNS, HTTP, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Advanced Degree in Computer Science or related field
· 5-10 years of industry experience or relevant postgraduate education
· Experience with AWS and its APIs
· Experience developing security-related or embedded-related tools and applications
· Deep understanding of web technologies such as HTTP, TLS, and REST
· Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols and security principles at all layers of the stack from networking to applications
· Good knowledge of NVMe protocol
· Significant experience and skill with Java (Python a plus)
· Advanced Public Cloud Knowledge
· Strong understanding of how to ensure application security in the cloud
· Experience with monitoring tools
· Experience with Build Release Management Tools
· Previous work Experience in Continuous Integration Environment
· Previous work Experience Contributing Code in Mid-Size Teams
· Experience in Windows And Linux Operating Systems
· Experience with tooling and systems for build, infrastructure automation, and monitoring, such as Docker, Jenkins, Chef, etc.
