Position Description:

The Corporate Controller Team (CCT) sits at the forefront of many of these changes and plays a key role in helping the company manage through them. CCT provides financial support to the Corp Groups (Legal/CELA, Human Resources, Finance and Business Development), and is collectively responsible for controllership of over $7B in annual operating expenses for organizations based in the U.S. and over 70 countries internationally.
We are looking for a highly committed, technically sound and organized individual with strong project management, analytical skills and successful track record developing, deploying and sustaining financial models. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, improving and advising the CCT Leadership team on key financial deliverables. In addition to working closely with the CCT Leadership Team, you will work with Corporate FP&A, CSEO and the FDM teams.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who has the ability to work through ambiguity, think broadly while paying attention to financial and operational details, proactively solve problems, and drive process management. They should have a proven track record of excellence in modeling and analytics, ability to influence and advise others, successful execution of change management initiatives, and a keen understanding of how to drive results.
Responsibilities
Core Job Responsibilities include:
- Ownership of CCT close deliverables and analytics related to headcount
- Ownership of CCT headcount and People costs models and insights for forecast
- Ownership of CCT headcount modeling for LRP and budget
- Content creation, refresh and consolidation of headcount deliverables to Corporate FP&A Team
- Support simplification, standardization and automation efforts of CCT Financial ROB processes (reporting, forecast and budget)
- Support engagement with multiple stakeholders
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related degrees; CPA/CMA and/or MBA preferred
- Expertise in financial planning and analysis (forecasting, planning, reporting, analysis, and developing financial models)
- Strong ability, expertise and/or aptitude to work with financial systems and tools. Strong Excel and Office skills. Experience with Microsoft headcount reporting systems and tools is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in problem solving and project and process management
- Detail oriented, accurate & thorough, as well as the ability to think ‘big picture’ and understand the key trends and levers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team Player with good organizational skills
