Global Asset Managers (GAM) is a coverage group whose clients include large alternative asset managers (AAMs), e.g. private equity firms
-
Provide clients’ portfolio companies with all investment banking products across all industries
-
Advise clients at the General Partnership level
-
Key responsibilities:
-
Develop dynamic financial models for LBOs, mergers, and other capital markets transactions
-
Assist clients in identification, structuring and financing of leveraged buyouts, as well as the evaluation of strategic alternatives for portfolio companies
-
Interact with groups across the firm, such as Leveraged Finance, Equity Capital Markets, and Investment Banking industry groups to facilitate transactions
-
Track business development (collect research, analyze industry trends)

Evaluate corporate transactions and their structures

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or closely related areas of Business Administration
