Key responsibilities:
-
Support the overall strategic communication needs for the business head by coordinating employee town halls, business unit reviews, and ad-hoc presentations
-
Play an active role in developing the financial plan – including setting segment level goals, expense budgets and headcount plans
-
Assist with goal/priority setting for the business
-
Meet with senior front office leadership to align on strategic messaging to the business
-
Craft presentation materials including preparation of quarterly town hall materials, senior management presentations and all-hands communications
-
Partner with various support teams to manage all aspects of event execution and post event communications
-
Work with function partners from Finance, Risk, Compliance, HR etc. to analyze data, develop a strong understanding of results, and translate into information that is easily digested by a large audience
-
Develop close working partnerships across all CCB teams and functions – sales teams, management, product, risk, compliance, and finance

Lead ad hoc projects as required

5 or more years of experience in wholesale banking

Knowledge of commercial banking business and products

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Prior project management experience

Experience in finance or similar analytical role
