The US Retail Banking Business has $145B in Deposits, $7B in Loans, over 8,500 employees, and close to 690 retail branches. The US Retail Banking business consists of the Retail Banking, Small Business, Personal Wealth Management and International Personal Bank (IPB) segments.
The US Retail Bank Finance group supporting the US Retail Bank is responsible for supporting the Product, Segment and Branch Distribution teams by providing best in class analytical insight. The team provides the US Retail Bank leadership team with an accurate and timely view of its financials along with insights to drivers of results and forward looking views based on the latest intelligence. The team manages the budget and forecasting processes, performs competitor analysis, builds presentations for the CFO and CEO providing top notch insight to drive senior management decision making.
This position covers primarily the following:
Qualifications

5-7 years of experience preferably in a financial analysis role supporting business financial planning functions

Strong intellectual curiosity

Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, and ability to focus closely on details

MBA degree in Finance or Accounting preferred

Strong communication skills both written and oral

Ability to create/manage complex financial worksheets and analyze and present results in executive ready decks

Strong Excel/Essbase/PowerPoint knowledge required.
