- Relevant experience supporting an enterprise sales team that has seen scale
- Progressive commercial finance experience in a dynamic sales partnering environment

- Minimum of 10-12 yrs experience working in a Corporate Sales Finance environment
As a member of the WW Enterprise Sales Finance team, you will be the Finance Manager and lead a team covering a variety of areas including forecasting, financial operations, channel and incentive development, deal structuring, sales pipeline management, and business planning and sales playbooks was it relates to WW Enterprise Finance Sales.
You will: Provide leadership in building sales finance process in the WW for Enterprise in sales playbook creation
Play a key role in the team on adhoc and quarterly performance analysis
Partner with our Carrier and Channel Development Managers to develop go-to-market strategies and structure incentive programs to capture incremental opportunities
Monitor forecast trends and influence demand forecasts, providing analytics to support business actions
Provide a leadership role in structuring large/complex deals and quarterly running rules for deals
Ensure investments meet rigorous financial metrics and are an advocate for fiscal responsibility
Provide asp/product/mix and incentive and performance analysis Manage a small direct team
