Refund Policy

You may request a refund until 5 days prior to the date of the event you registered to.  We will only issue a refund to the credit card / paypal account used at the time of checkout.  To initiate a refund or exchange please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Therefore we never share or sell your personal information with any third parties. We collect your name, contact and billing information at the time of registration to be used for the intended transaction only and/or for your account as a BayPay member. Your personal information is secured via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Technology. If at any time you would like to amend or review your personal information, you can log into your account and access your information via the MyAccount tab.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please note that all our products (event tickets, memberships, videos) are right to access or attend and so are digital in nature so no merchandise will ever be shipped physically to you.
